Welcome to SafeStarts by NBH Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website and services, including CPR training and food allergen introduction education, you agree to the following terms:

1. Educational Services Only

All classes, materials, and information provided are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns, including food allergies or emergency care decisions.

 

2. No Medical or Emergency Guarantee

Participation in CPR training or food allergy education does not guarantee outcomes in real-life emergency situations. Individual results may vary based on circumstances and response.

 

3. Assumption of Risk

By participating in our classes (in-person or virtual), you acknowledge:

  • There are inherent risks when learning and practicing CPR techniques

  • Introducing allergenic foods carries potential health risks

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

 

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NBH Consulting LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Any injury, allergic reaction, or medical event

  • Any damages resulting from use or misuse of information provided

  • Any outcomes related to emergency response situations

 

5. Parental Responsibility

Parents and caregivers are solely responsible for decisions regarding their children and their wellbeing including but not limited to:

  • Food allergen introduction

  • Monitoring children for reactions

  • Seeking medical care when necessary

 

6. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Payment is required to secure bookings unless otherwise stated

  • Cancellation or rescheduling policies will be communicated at time of booking

  • No-shows may result in forfeited fees

 

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and branding (including SafeStarts) are the property of NBH Consulting LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

 

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

 

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
